Review Movie Lady Cheating a very funny style
Gone are the days when gentlemanly gentlemen, dug up plans for perpetual scams, with a growing feminist movement, are now the story of the ladies who cheat the rich. After Ocean’s 8 and Widows to The Hustle is the next film to exploit the topic of fraud - theft by the elders. After many rescheduling and renaming, the film finally officially opened in Vietnamese theaters on May 10. Let's go to the cinema to review the Hustle movie before going to the cinema to enjoy.
The movie Lady Cheater is about Janet (played by Anne Hathaway) and Penny (played by Rebel Wilson).
Penny, who lives in New York, cheats small sums of money from handsome men. Once discovered by police, she fled to Europe in search of a new "fraud market". During one fateful meeting on the train, Janet and Lonnie realized that the other was a scammer like her so she decided to make friends and work together. At first it seemed that this cooperation was going smoothly, but the later, the more problems arose.
With their personalities, looks, and unique skills, Janet and Lonnie have conflicts of interest, so they start competing to cheat a tech billionaire. Instead of cooperating to carry out missions, the two began to mess things up. From here start the story unfinished cry laughing.
It can be seen that the film is divided into two distinct parts, the first comedy and the second is fighting and surprises. Lady Fraud is not a brainstorming genre with sublime conspiracy, instead of "joking" and unexpected situations until the end.

The film is introduced in the form of theft - fraud but with the participation of the comedy duo Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson, of course, will be the situations full of entertaining laughter throughout the film. Especially with Rebel Wilson, if you've ever watched Is Did It Romantic, Pitch Perfect or Bachelorette will see how funny she is. The roles played by Rebel are extremely "innocent", sometimes doing shameful or embarrassing things, but her face is awake, making the audience laugh. On the contrary, Anne Hathaway has a charming, smart and multi-talented lady style. Anne's comedies were softer, more subtle and less devious, each juggling with Rebel was also quite and hilarious. The intentional combination of this opposing couple creates a new breeze for comedy-style films, which can be considered a big plus for the film's success.
About the fraud factor in the movie. Leaving aside the humor, the screenplay did not do well in building the scam. Even though those plans are all "fail", the female lead still carries out the consequences. "When women (still beautiful) do the trick, men can't resist" this is but not entirely true in the movie.
Unlike scams such as Ocean's Thirty or Focus who always explain and logically plan the plans after implementation, Lady Scams just skim through these sections. Partly because the movie is focused on comedy, and partly because the plans in the movie lack the coherence and drama.
The soundtrack is quite good and suits the film context. Instead of choosing vibrant movie soundtracks to the harmonies, the director chooses French songs that are quite gentle and easy to listen to, which helps to reduce the viewers' emotions to ensure the "seriousness" needed. Reviews Lady Cheater is a funny and unexpected comedy. The film is not really as good as the films with the same topic before, but in return, the comedic element makes the movie unique. A movie suitable for enjoying with your friends this weekend.
